1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return.

  • Provide your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will guide you through the return process.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds can be issued via your original payment method or as store credit.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

Received a faulty or incorrect product?

  • Inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share photos of the item and packaging.
  • We’ll offer a full refund or send a replacement — no extra cost to you.
